A Table Shared with Others
A few days ago, our friend Parris came over for Sunday dinner. As the day unfolded, a few last-minute invitations turned a simple meal into a full table. Nothing was polished or planned; it was just food, conversation, and people being together. The next day Parris texted, “I had a great time hanging with you and the others yesterday. Please let them know it was great being together.” That small moment reminded me that Jesus’ rhythm of a shared table still matters.
