The Teleios Impact: Rick Smith

For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of Stu’s group, and it has shaped me in ways I never expected. What’s meant the most is the depth of community and growth together—men from different seasons of life sharing wisdom, experience, encouragement, and truth with one another in a way that is honest and supportive.

Since the pandemic, we’ve met over Zoom which has actually helped us maintain remarkable consistency… proof that brotherhood can survive spotty Wi-Fi, the occasional “you’re on mute”, and plenty of background noises. The format changed, but the commitment to show up for one another never did.

Those conversations have been transformative for me… changing how I lead professionally, how I show up as a husband and father, and most importantly, how I walk with Jesus. What started as a simple gathering of men has become one of the most impactful rhythms in my life.
